Beth Heneghan - Outreach Advisor
Beth Heneghan joined Next Step Ministries in 2009. Inspired by an all-powerful God who changed her life on a mission trip, Beth is passionate about giving students the opportunity to have a relationship with Christ. Before joining Next Step Ministries Beth trained as a professional ballet dancer with the Madison Ballet Company. While she enjoyed her love for dance and aspired to pursue a long time career in performing , she also felt strongly about dedicating her life to missions. After many years of ballet study, she left the dance world to dedicate her time to student mission trips. Beth is currently working towards a bachelor's degree in Social Welfare from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Today, she serves as the Next Step Outreach Advisor, keeping connected with the many students who have taken the Next Step in their faith. She feels blessed to be a part of a team that shares her passion for Christ and can't wait to see more lives changed by the Gospel.  After graduating, she plans to continue in her career with mission and is excited to see where Christ will lead her.

Jacob Taddy - Program Advisor
Jacob Taddy got involved with Next Step after truly experiencing God's power and presence on mission trips.  The impact God and the trips have had on his life have led him to try to give others the same experience. Jacob served as a youth influence on the Board of Directors and a worship intern in New Mexico the summer of 2009.  He now serves as Program Advisor for Next Step, creating content for MyStep, assisting in additional events throughout the year (especially through music) and in creating the worship experience for the nights on the trips.

Tree Bodenschatz - Construction Advisor
Theresa, or Tree as she is more affectionately know, stumbled on Next Step Ministries early in 2009 while working on Katrina recovery efforts along the Gulf Coast.  Tree is actually from Jersey but over the past six years she has been living in different parts of the country building homes with and for God’s people in need. Later that spring, she packed up her Jeep and headed for Wisconsin to join Next Step Ministries on a full time basis as their Construction Advisor.  After spending an inspirational summer on the Navajo Nation lands in New Mexico, Tree returned to her new home with even more zeal.  She has now branched out of the construction department and has begun writing grants to secure funds for Next Step Ministries.  Her faith grows deeper every day as she is continually moved by the doors God has opened in her path.
