Overview

Thinking about joining the Next Step Summer Staff? We are looking for amazing musicians, talented construction workers, and passionate young adults with a heart to serve. Next Step offers an 11 week paid internship for college students and young adults. Being on summer staff is an amazing opportunity to grow in your faith and spend a summer leading on the front lines for Christ in a community that you will fall in love with. Next Step is looking for leaders that uphold our core values of being Christ Centered, Energetic, Humble, Respectful, and Professional.

As a member of our summer staff, you will spend your summer at one of our 11 mission sites. You will serve alongside a dynamic team of 9-11 other college students and have the opportunity to lead hundreds of high school students on nine one-week mission trips.

All Next Step Interns are required to be at least 18 years of age and have been out of high school for one year.
