Ready to take the next step in your faith journey? Join the Next Step Summer Staff! Next Step is looking for amazing musicians, talented construction workers and standout site leaders. Next Step offers a ten-week paid internship for college students and young adults. Next Step Summer Staff is an amazing opportunity to put your faith to the test and spend a summer leading on the front lines for Christ. Next Step is looking for leaders that are Christ-Centered, Energetic, Humble, Respectful and Professional.

As Summer Staff, you will spend your summer at one of our eight mission sites. Positions are available for worship leaders, construction leaders, site leaders and cooks. You will serve on a dynamic team with 8-10 other college students and have the opportunity to lead hundreds of high school students on eight one-week mission trips.
