Available Positions

Site Director

As a Site Director you will have the opportunity to lead a team of 8-10 interns and oversee eight weeks of mission trips. In addition to the on-site leadership, this position gives you the opportunity to work with and prepare Youth Directors and Pastors leading up to their mission trip.

Site Assistant

The Site Assistant is a true missionary position. You will have the opportunity to serve in all aspects of leading the trips. The Site Assistant is responsible for many logistics such as schedules, transportation and housing set up.

Teaching Director

The Teaching Director position is an incredible opportunity to speak in front of hundreds of youth over the summer. The Teaching Director will give a 10-15 minute nightly message as well as be responsible for overseeing all nightly programming.

Music Director and Assistants

The music positions will consist of a full band and have the opportunity to lead worship every night of the summer. Musicians may apply as individuals or as a full band.

Construction Directors and Assistants

Construction positions will have the responsibility of leading all Next Step work projects. The position will include project selection, estimating, budgeting, purchasing, drawing plans and leading high school teams in the building process.

Cook

The cook will have the opportunity to prepare meals for varying group sizes from 50-100. The cook will be responsible for breakfast and dinner preparation and will also have an opportunity to serve on the work sites throughout the summer.
