The Father Draws people to the Son

John 6:44

“No one can come to Me unless the Father who sent me draws him, and I will raise him up at the last day.”

I am so thankful that I have a Father in heaven who drew me to Himself. If what the Bible says is true, I would never go looking for Jesus on my own. I might want what He could give me, but I would never go seeking Him just for Himself. But in Christian parents and friends who cared, God reached out to me and spoke His Word about Jesus and the cross to me. And I was never the same!
