So you’ve decided on the type of trip you want and the cause you want to help – you are almost done. Now you just need to fill us in. Below is a registration form that will officially register you for a trip. After you complete the various entries, send it to us and we will contact you with more information about confirming your trip. Again, thanks for choosing Next Step Ministries. We are thrilled to have you coming on one of our mission trips! It will be a life-changing experience that you will never forget.

A valid e-mail address. All e-mails from the system will be sent to this address. The e-mail address is not made public and will only be used if you wish to receive a new password or wish to receive certain news or notifications by e-mail.

30 days from Registration $50 deposit per participant is due
March 15th, 2012 50% Final Balance is due
May 15th, 2012 100% Final Balance is due

Early Bird Registration by Nov. 1, 2011 - Group Leader goes FREE! * Only applies if the Group Leader brings a group of 15 or more participants.

IMPORTANT Payment Information

*It is very important to have payments in by the due dates above, as most of our materials for building are purchased in advance. Therefore, if we do not have ALL payments by June 1st, a 5% late fee will be added to the cost of your trip.
*All payments are NON-REFUNDABLE. Deposits all payments are transferable.
*Any late payment voids ALL discounts.
